Terms of Office:

The terms of office of these representatives are equal to those of the assemblies that have designated them.

Where a vacancy arises, the public authority concerned can appoint a new designated representative within three months.

Considerations:

The Board of the Syndicat Mixte considers the affairs that come under the authority of the Syndicat Mixte. Considerations are adopted with a 7/9 majority.

The Board of the Syndicat Mixte can delegate part of its remit to the Office, according to the conditions provided in article L 5211-10 of the “Code Général des Collectivités Territoriales” (General Code of Territorial Public Authorities).

The considerations and the regulatory acts decided upon by the Board of the Syndicat Mixte or the President are recorded in a book of administrative acts, available to the public at the offices of the Syndicat Mixte. The book of administrative articles is available to view by the public on the official notice board of the Syndicat Mixte and the public authority members.

The decisions and regulatory acts decided by the Board of the Syndicat Mixte or the President are given to the public authority members, and are displayed on the public notice board at the offices of the Syndicat Mioxte during the following month.
